Extended Stay America Suites- Waco - Woodway

GiGi is amazing!! I will be back!! This room was very clean, for an older room, i was impressed! The only thing wrong with my 2 day stay, there was no coffee in the room. I had to go downstairs. It was great coffee though. Yes, get the room, the bed was comfy and they have mattress protector on them. I love that.

GG and all the Staff absolutely do there best for all tenants especially out of town workers. I've never felt so welcomed or such accommodation ,I can't say thanks enough for the 100% customer service. Ms GG always goes above and beyond for her guest as a tenant who stayed these last few wks I couldn't be more greatful. From the first day I checked in, I must say, I have been treated exceptionally well by the entire staff. Ms. Gigi checked me in and covered every detail you could think of right down to the courtesy call I received to make sure my room was ok. I met Ms. Diana the next morning, and she knew what I needed before I even asked which is rare these days. The whole staff isreally wonderful.I have never felt as welcome and comfortable anywhere as I have here. They really went above and beyond to accommodate me during my stay. I only do surveys when I am amazed with the quality of customer service given by any business or retailer and I had to make sure I gave the staff at the Woodway location well deserved review. I didn't know any of them from a can a paint and this is the only hotel I've stayed in in Waco I have truly enjoyed. Thank you!

This is my 3rd stay here, and will continue to choose this location while in Waco. I travel here for work and and this location has been convenient, clean and most importantly GiGi makes it feel like home. She definitely goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

The hotel is in a really good location. I felt safe the whole time. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. My room was so clean!

I am currently at this Extended Stay for trucking school and when I first Googled it from home, I was in love with what I saw. When I arrived everything was just as I imagined****(amended)-for my first week and a half. I have been here, almost three weeks at this point with a week to go and I have had to adjust to what I can attest to is happening, that I missed in the beginning and what the company who placed me here will have to give me an understanding on when I speak to them next week. The attitudes of some can be brutal, harsh, unkind, and make you uncomfortable. I have seen some things that I know must be priviledges of upper management not being aware of what is occurring at this location, daily. I had to began documentation because I in particular came under attack for raising concerns in a potential safety incident of someone trying to access my room, until I figured out what was happening. My room was on the end of the hall across from the exit and persons were, sincerely under influences and thinking they were at the exit or at least I hope this was it and I felt under attack for asking for what I was told was available to guest. I am away from the loves of my life my husband and son. I am here alone, the only female in my trucking class and I needed everything to be just as it is, a home away from home for me. The staff have been very accommodating I mostly am served by Gigi she has offered me continual great customer service, professionalism, and a comforting attitude of care and concern. She tries even when overwhelmed. I come home after having a great class in the evenings retrieve from one of them what I need to get settled in and return to the sanctity of my room and I am able to truly relax and be prepared for the next day, after I adjusted the bed for greater comfort-padded it with blankets and a class mate brought me in a feather downer to help sleep better. I was on the third floor close to the elevator, it was very quiet! Couple of small things were problems and the staff were quick to offer solutions. The AC was working great. I feel there should be at least a glass by the bathroom sink and you shouldn't have to ask for one.

We stayed here for 2 months as we were trying to find a house. The staff was very friendly. Gigi was always friendly and helpful. The place is quite, ac worked amazing the bed was decent. Internet had issues as I worked remotely 2 days a week so I usually went to a coffee shop. Otherwise it was definitely worth it. Note if your first time like us using an extended stay it's maybe easier to have mail go to a mailbox as we have had difficulty with our mail forwarding.
